I’m pretty sure there is not a more knowledgeable, resourceful or harder working real estate agent in in California. Jaime is a tough as nails negotiator with a heart of gold and I couldn’t imagine hiring anybody else to assist our family in buying or selling real estate.

Jaime Perry did a wonderful job of helping us sell our house, and get a price at the top of our range. She advised us on what fix-ups to do and helped us find a contractor to do them. She focused on presale marketing, including a video, to build interest even before it went on the market and got over 80 people to attend the single open house. She insisted that all offers came from pre-qualified buyers. When we accepted an offer, but the buyer’s lender wasn’t very responsive, she engaged another lender to ensure that they actually were qualified.
Jaime was exceptionally professional, but at the same time, she was very friendly. She worked extensively with our lender to make our somewhat complex buy and sell arrangement work out. And she made sure that the buyer and the buyer’s lender did what was needed to close on time.
